This is a on-site position based out of the community's management office with a heavy concentration of Section 8 certification and Tax Credit. Printers Square consists of 60 loft style apartments.

POSITION SUMMARY: The Assistant Manager has the primary responsibility of ensuring the property is maintaining compliance as it relates to Tax Credit, LIHTC, HUD, EIV, etc.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND REQUIREMENTS:
BCI is focused on acquiring multi-family properties in the mid-atlantic states. BCI is a direct owner manager and currently managing over 100 properties consisting of Office, Mixed-Use, Multi-Family and SFR asset types.
