Are you an experienced Assistant Property Manager with a background in Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) or Affordable Housing? Do you enjoy building strong resident relationships and keeping communities thriving?
BGSF, one of the largest staffing firms in the nation, is hiring a qualified Assistant Property Manager to support Property Management properties and two nearby affordable housing communities.

🛠 What You'll Do:
• Support the Property Manager in all daily operations
• Build strong resident relations and assist with leasing across 3 properties
• Oversee leasing efforts, conduct tours, and process applications, renewals & compliance paperwork
• Manage collections, post rent, handle move-ins/move-outs, and follow up on delinquencies
• Support HAP program requirements (experience preferred)
• Help achieve occupancy, compliance, and resident satisfaction goals
✅ You’re a Great Fit If You Have:
• 1+ year of on-site property management experience
• LIHTC / Tax Credit experience required; HAP preferred
• Familiarity with Yardi, OneSite, or other industry software
• Strong knowledge of Fair Housing regulations
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Reliable transportation and professional work ethic
