Picture yourself thriving as an Assembly Line Technician on our renowned second shift schedule, 2:30 PM to 11:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Alongside a base pay of $17.00 per hour, you will also receive a shift differential of $1.25 for every hour worked.

Position Responsibilities:

• Utilize hand and automated tools to meticulously assemble screen frames.
• Ensure smooth material transition across production stages for optimal workflow.
• Perform quality control by inspecting finished products to meet standards.
• Address and escalate production issues to maintain high product standards.

Ideal Candidate:

• Prefers hands-on tasks and quality assurance in fast-paced environments.
• Holds a high school diploma and has a minimum of two years’ experience.
• Proficient in communication and team collaboration.
• Demonstrates effort towards consistent safety and high-caliber output.

Physical Requirements:

• Stamina for endurance in standing, lifting, and reaching.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds as part of routine job functions.
