Job Description

1. Assist in the planning, support, organization, and implementation of technical marketing and branding activities for the company in the Munich region; participate in various marketing activities and coordinate market expansion and promotion efforts.
2. Manage information security and internal controls within the department in compliance with company legal and regulatory requirements.
3. Responsible for daily administrative reception and coordination of events.
4. Handle routine administrative tasks, such as meeting arrangements, document management, employee attendance, and departmental training.
5. Oversee the request, management, and distribution of office supplies and other fixed assets.
6. Perform other temporary tasks as assigned by superiors.
