Position Summary: Senior Account Manager

As a Senior Account Manager at our company, you'll play a pivotal role in nurturing client relationships, devising effective account management strategies, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions. Your responsibilities will include:

Serving as the primary point of contact for client account management.
Proactively addressing client inquiries and concerns at a senior level.
Identifying and capitalizing on opportunities to expand our service offerings within existing accounts.
Cultivating strong, trusted advisor relationships with key stakeholders.
Participating in industry events and trade shows to stay abreast of market trends.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in technology sales.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent organizational and planning skills.
Willingness to travel overnight 1-2 days per month.
Valid driver's license.

Preferred Skills/Experience:

Familiarity with Power BI.
Understanding of Managed IT Services, Cybersecurity, and Managed Print Services.
